A Gilded Passover in Lisbon Passover 2023

Under the supervision of Rabbi Y. Belinow Av Beth Milano, a caterer called Motzi Holiday organized by Henry Lippmann, "head chef and specialist for 33 years of high-level Passover holidays," was forced to throw away food prepared for the traditional Passover meal.  Guests we're left with few alternatives and volunteers stepped in to prepare the dinner.

According to online information Lippmann describes his business as, "the best, the freshest, the most beautiful, the highest quality, without any compromise."

Ironically many guests said the second Seder dinner was better than the first night when many patrons walked out hungry as main dishes took hours to serve.

According to hotel management the facility was rented out by Mr Lippmann and  though it is receiving multiple complaints, unfortunately there is nothing they can do. The hotel is also very concerned that this is having a terrible effect on their 5-Star brand and image.
